The urgency of researching and solving the problem open masked iodine deficiency, which manifests itself through several diseases, is now global. Many studies programmes have been initiated on alternative methods introducing into human nutrition, one them biofortification crops. Biofortification crops fertilisers foliar fertilisation provides best bioavailability water-soluble forms for plants. At same time, functional role as a plant nutrient understudied. purpose this study was to establish substantiate effectiveness iodine-containing preparations in grain cultivation technologies. To fulfil purpose, field laboratory were carried out. multifactorial experiment conducted podzolic chernozems stationary Department Plant Science National University Life Environmental Sciences Ukraine. Mathematical processing results out using SAS 9.4 Agrostat 6 software. anti-stress effect with biologically active under combined pre-sowing seed treatment during growing season identified – significant yield increments obtained, even conditions severe air soil drought application background doses fertiliser use products ensured increase yields. average winter wheat ranged from 2.96 6.46 t/ha; oats 2.79 5.41 t/ha, depending disinfectant iodine. Iodine-containing are effective system preventive protection seeds plants season, can substantially reduce damage oat by diseases.
